Newcastle East End Juniors invite all club members to attend the clubs 2008 Annual General Meeting.

Introduction

The AGM will be an opportunity to allow all of our members aged 18+ the opportunity to participate in the decision making of the club.

We encourage you to support us and through your attendance we hope you will be involved in helping to shape the future of this club on and off the field.

^  Invitation to all members to nominate themselves to join the following committees, names to Kelly Scott by 14th June 2008 by e-mail / post

§  Executive Committee (Max 6 people)

§  Members Committee (Max 10 people)

§  Parents Representatives (2 per team)

* A.O.B – All items to be included MUST be received in writing by the Chairman, no later than Saturday 14th June 2008.  Any item that will be covered in items 1-7 may not be allowed, nor any item the Exec Committee feel inappropriate for a public AGM.

For Girls & Boys Football. We can offer you full training by Qualified Coaches in FA Badges From Level 1 to Level 3 & CRB clearance .
